The day was truly amazing. Our Captains were AWESOME! They had everything perfect down to the smallest detail. People RAVED about the food. There were also so many guests from out of town who stayed at Hotel Covington and said it was one of the nicest they've stayed at, and they want to come back to Cincinnati and stay there again. Almost all of our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

The Madison Event Center & Hotel Covington Staff has been phenomenal since day one. During planning, they probably answered hundreds, if not thousands, of emails I sent them! You can tell they love what they do and want the best for their couples. I had a couple of moments where I second-guessed every decision I made, and they called me to talk through it all. We had our ceremony at Hotel Covington and reception at The Madison. The entire day was beautiful!



The staff made sure our parents & grandparents had everything they needed. The staff also helped us clean up everything at the end of the night! We are sincerely grateful that we got married here.

The Madison Event Center was amazing to work with, and we are so lucky! Everything was very organized going into the day, so we didn't have to focus on the small details or anything, which was really great! Our wedding was truly amazing, we could not have asked for anything better! It all ran so smoothly, the food was amazing, and the service was great by everyone! Our Captain was AMAZING!! She helped so much of our families, too, and we are so grateful for her!

Everything was absolutely perfect—truly everything we dreamed of! I wish we could relive the whole day all over again. I dont even know where to start with how amazing the Madison is. This was the best decision I have ever made besides marrying my husband. 1000/10 highly recommend for your wedding venue. Booking the venue with the sales team, working with the details team, setting up with one of their Operations managers and the Captain on the wedding day, all were absolutely AMAZING. The food was great, the venue was absolutely perfect. I could go on and on. Everyone was so incredible to work with and I am so grateful this was my venue.
