Brittney Lee
General ManagerMadison Bride, December 2012
Brittney joined the team in 2011 and has served as General Manager since 2016 — though ask her, and she'll tell you the people always come before the title. She's warm, curious, and a self-proclaimed overthinker. She married her husband in 2012, and together they're raising two daughters, spending most of their free time on a field somewhere or chasing fresh powder on a mountain. As a leader, she's an empath who genuinely cares about her team and sets high standards, encouraging them to stay curious and never sacrifice integrity, even when the work gets hard. Ask what she loves most about her job, and it's simple: the people — the team, the clients, the guests.
Zoe Cornett
Sales ManagerMadison Bride, February 2023
Zoe has been part of the team since 2018, bringing an outgoing, caring, and positive energy to work every day — she's the hype one in the room. Zoe married her husband with a reception right here at The Madison, and the two recently welcomed their son (fair warning: her camera roll is mostly him, and she has no regrets). A night owl fueled by a Cotton Candy Alani, Zoe has a knack for making people feel comfortable within minutes of meeting them — which makes sense, since what she loves most about her job is building real connections with couples and families. Outside of work, she's spending time with family and friends, singing at church, or insisting she's "just going to Target for one thing."
SHELBY EVANS
Sales Manager
Shelby has served as Sales Manager since 2021, bringing a realistic, honest, and curious approach to every couple she works with. The oldest of three siblings born within three years of each other, Shelby is married and will proudly (and permanently) claim the title of favorite aunt. A morning person who takes her coffee with cream, she counts a traffic-free commute among life's small wins. She has a deep love for animals and dreams of one day owning a farm of her own. What she loves most about her job is hearing the unique vision each couple has for their wedding day. Outside of work, you'll find her outdoors as much as possible and she's always the first pick for cornhole teams, thanks to her uncannily great aim.
LINDSEY MARKS
Sales Manager
Lindsey joined in 2024 and brings a funny, caring, and easy-to-talk-to energy to work every day. The middle of three siblings, Lindsey stays close with her family, talking to her brother and sister almost daily and proudly holding the title of favorite auntie to her nephew. A morning person fueled by her Nespresso machine (iced caramel latte, always), she starts her days jamming out to country music on the drive in. What she loves most about her job is the people she works with — colleagues who challenge her, make her laugh, and support one another. Outside of work, you'll find her outdoors, trying new restaurants around the city, or at home with her two mischievous cats.
RILEY CLARK
Sales ManagerMadison Bride, March 2021
Riley has been with the team since 2019, bringing an organized, outgoing, and dependable "let's make it happen" energy to everything she does. Married for 5 years and the youngest of three (with two older brothers who gave her a healthy competitive spirit), Riley is all-in on any game, contest, or challenge, and she's usually winning. A night owl who takes her coffee, tea, or energy drink over ice, she competitively danced for 20 years and read over 200 books last year. What she loves most about her job is being part of such an exciting milestone in people's lives, and making the planning process enjoyable. Outside of work, you'll find her hosting friends, playing tennis, tending to her vegetable garden, or cheering on the Bengals.
TORY KROTH
Event & Rooms SpecialistMadison Bride, December 2025
Tory joined in 2024 as our Event & Rooms Specialist, and connecting with our couples and their families is her favorite part of the job — she loves learning everyone's story and cheering them on as they take the next step together. The middle of three siblings born across three different decades, Tory is married and shares her home with a Bernedoodle named Yoshi. A self-proclaimed night owl fueled by coffee (an iced vanilla latte, always), she's also a certified Pastry Artist who finds her happy place in the kitchen — often hosting friends and family for cards and cooking on the Blackstone. Fun fact: she can throw a frisbee with startling accuracy, and she'll defend combining chili and spaghetti to anyone who'll listen.
GabRIELLA Petillo
Event & Rooms Specialist
Gabriella joined the team in 2026, bringing an outgoing, driven, and responsible energy to the team — a heavy planner at heart who loves living in conversation with the people around her. A Florida native (Boca Raton, born and raised) and a proud UF grad, still known to belt out "Won't Back Down" during football games. A night owl fueled by coffee, Gabriella spends her free time taking a cycling class, catching up with friends over coffee, going on long walks, and curling up with a good book or movie. So far, what she loves most about her job is simple: the people, who've been awesome and welcoming from day one. Outside of work, you can catch her cheering on the Green Bay Packers, the Miami Heat, or Scottie Scheffler.
MITCH WELDISHOFER
Executive Chef
Mitch has served as Executive Chef since 2011, and if you ask him about his workplace energy, he'll tell you he's less one type and more of an occult practitioner, dabbling in many. The second-youngest of nine, Mitch keeps a life refreshingly unplugged: no TV, no internet, no social media, just bees, candle-making, homemade maple syrup, and long hikes around his home with his chickens, turkeys, and guineafowl. He values kindness above almost anything and loves a good rainy day. His best trip yet was to Japan, where the food left a lasting impression, no surprise for a chef with a lifelong appreciation for what's on the plate. What he enjoys most about the job? Simply put, the people.
JASON PATTY
Director of OperationsMadison Groom, September 2022
Jason has served as Director of Operations since 2016, bringing a steady mix of calm, hardworking energy and humor to every event. The second of four siblings, Jason is married with a son and another on the way. He has a soft spot for those "Dada!" hugs at the end of a long day. As an early riser, he's fueled by black coffee and a genuine love for the people he works with — from the hardworking staff to the happy guests. Outside of work, you'll find him hiking with family, cheering on Cincinnati soccer, or surprising coworkers with his ping pong skills.
CATHERINE SILLETT
Operations Manager
Catherine has served as Operations Manager since 2002, bringing a calm, dedicated, loyal, and responsible presence to the team for over two decades. A proud mom to two sons and an equally proud dog mom (with four grand dogs to spoil), Catherine starts every morning early with strong coffee and a little extra love from her Collie, Jocko. She's weirdly great at remembering useless information and lives by a simple motto: "Enjoy life, you never know how much time you have left." After more than 20 years, what she still loves most about her job is the people. Outside of work, you'll find her boating, camping, or swimming in the sunshine — soaking up every bit of it.
JARRETT FELDHAUS
Operations Manager
Coming soon!
GRACE SPENELLI
Operations Manager
Grace joined the team in 2025, bringing a confident, hardworking, and caring energy to everything she does. She is the calm one in the room, with a work ethic she'll happily admit she's a little too passionate about. Grace is set to marry her fiancé this August, in a true story of love at first sight. A mid-day person fueled by an ice-cold Monster Energy Drink, she spends her free time reading, golfing, or curled up with her two cats, Odin and Luna. What she loves most about her job is when the whole team is on property, connecting with guests and watching the events all come together. Fun fact: she can read a 600-page book without breaking a sweat.
