Pricing is customized around your event—guest count, event space, date, and food & beverage selections. We will prepare clear, easy-to-compare options and walk you through them, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
How many guests can your event spaces accommodate?
We have many event spaces at The Madison Event Center & Hotel Covington. Our largest event space accommodates up to 500 guests; we can host any guest list size from 1 to 500. Our team will help guide you to the perfect event space (or a combination of event spaces). Guest count is an important factor, but it’s not the only detail to consider when selecting the right event space for your event.
Does pricing change by season or day of the week?

Is set up and cleanup included?
Yes and yes! Set up and cleanup are included. Our team will help you think through the details (vendor arrivals, décor drop-off, guest flow) so everything is organized and runs smoothly from start to finish.
How do I book my event?
Once you’ve selected the perfect event space and preferred event date, we require a deposit and a signed contract. This process is simple and painless, and then we begin the planning!
Can we host the ceremony at your venue?
Absolutely—we have many options to consider. Whether you are hosting a traditional ceremony with your full guest list or an intimate elopement with your closest family. We want to know what matters most to you, and we’ll help you choose the perfect setting.
How does food work—do you cater in-house?
Catering is provided by our in-house culinary team—and our team can be really flexible in style (plated, buffet, stations, late-night bites, and more). If you have cultural favorites, allergies, or a “we have to have this” dish, let us know and we’ll build something that feels like you!

Yes—you’ll select your own officiant. If you’d like a few trusted recommendations, our team is happy to share.

Do you require event insurance?
Usually, no—most standard events don’t require anything extra. If your plans include specialty vendors or unique elements, our team will flag anything needed early and keep it simple, so you’re never surprised later.
What AV is included?
- Each event space offers different AV features, but the basics are included, and Wi-Fi is complimentary for all guests.
- There is no fee to bring in outside AV services; we are happy to recommend a few vendors and assist with the coordination.
Is the venue easy to navigate for guests with mobility needs?
